Refund policy
At Epicuren® Discovery we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item(s) within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping as long as it was purchased directly from our website epicuren.com.
Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Contact our Returns Department at returns@epicuren.com or contact our Customer Service Team at 800.235.1217, Monday through Friday 8 am-4 pm PST and we will happily assist you with a return authorization number and instructions for the return package.
Please return all approved items within 30 days of receiving the RA# from our Returns Department. Packages received after 30 days will be returned to the buyer.
Items that are Not Refundable:
- Products where 30% or more have been used
- Products purchased more than 30 days from the purchase date
- Any customer account exceeding more than six returns per year
Return Shipping Labels:
Epicuren® will provide a return shipping label for the following situations:
- Incorrect products were pulled/shipped from the warehouse
- The products received were damaged
- The products received were defective
Freight costs for all other returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returning Items Purchased From Other Sellers:
Please note that a valid order number from epicuren.com is required for all returns.
If the item to be returned was not sold by Epicuren®, you will need to contact the seller whom you purchased the products from to inquire about their Return Policy as it is a separate entity from Epicuren® Discovery.
Epicuren® Discovery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the acceptability of all returns and order replacements.
